Caramel Miso Glaze Method

8 tablespoon unsalted butter ( 1 stick)
2 tablespoon soy sauce
¼ cup coop salted caramel
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon miso paste
In a small sauce pan over medium heat mix all the ingredients but the miso.
Stir occasionally with a wooden spoon or rubber spatula until the butter is melted and the ingredients are mixed into a smooth sauce.
Bring to a low simmer for about 3 minutes.
Turn off the heat and whisk in the miso until well incorporated.
Use this sauce as a glaze on chicken wings, thighs or drumsticks as well as a piece of salmon or a turkey burger.
