2. Preparing the Brie: Place the Brie on a small ovenproof dish or a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Choose to leave the rind on the Brie or remove the top layer if you prefer a softer texture. It's a matter of personal preference.


3. Baking the Brie: Place the Brie in the preheated oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes or until it becomes soft and slightly oozy in the center. Keep an eye on it to prevent over-melting.


4. Preparing the Platter: While the Brie is baking, prepare a serving platter. You can use a wooden board, a decorative plate, or a slate platter, depending on your preference. Wash and dry the fresh figs and grapes. Slice the figs into halves or quarters, depending on their size.


5. Toasting the Bread: Slice the baguette or other loaf into thin rounds or cut it into small toast points. Toast the bread in the oven for a few minutes, in a toaster, or in a pan with a bit of butter or olive oil for added flavor and crispiness. Arrange the toasted bread on your serving platter.


6. Assembling the Platter: Once the Brie is warm and gooey, carefully remove it from the oven.
